Patient Appointments

• All the patient's appointments (past and future) will be listed here.
• Recalls are listed (highlighted blue)
• Appointment arrival status is shown
  • UNK = Unknown
  • ARR = Arrived
  • DNA = Did Not Arrive

Click New Appointment to create a new appointment for this patient.

Click Add to Waiting List to add the patient to the waiting list. For example if they want to be available to take a cancellation.

Click on an appointment to be taken to that appointment in the appointment screen.

You can cancel or delete an appointment from the appointment screen by clicking on the 3 dots to the right of each appointment.
