Patient Log

The Patient Log provides an audit trail of what happened to a patient's data, when, and by whom, including:

  • Note creation, update or deletion
  • Appointment creation, update or deletion
  • Appointment reminders being sent

Resending Appointment Reminders

If you wish to resend a reminder, click the Resend button.

Update

If the the Resend button doesn't appear it may be because the appointment was booked in a date before our update (July 2023). In this scenario you can cancel the appointment and create a new appointment for the same patient at the same time, to trigger your Appointment Created reminder.
