Patients

Search Patients

The patient screen provides a list of patients you have most recently viewed. Click on the 'infinity' icon next to the search bar to show all patients.

Search patients by any of the following:

• Name (Firstname or Lastname)
• NHI
• Date of Birth
• Email Address
• Phone Number

We have an Advanced Patient Search to get more accurate results when searching for a patient. Eg you can search specific fields such as Lastnames.

Click on a patient's name in the list to open their file.

Create a Patient

Click + New Patient

Fill out the fields you have information for. The minimum required is:

• Firstname

• Lastname

• Date of Birth
