Recalls
Selecting Office then choosing Recalls will list all recalls in the system.
- Recalls are sorted by Due Date (oldest first).
- You can filter specific consultants by selecting their name from the Consultant dropdown.
- You can filter specific patients by typing their name or NHI in the Search box.
- By default all oustanding recalls will be listed. Tick Show Completed if you wish to see all completed recalls.
Recall Actions
Viewing a Recall
Click the View button beside a recall to open it. - Patient's contact details and patient's GP details will be listed - Update the due date if required - Click to create an appointment. A calendar page will open showing the date set for the recall. - Tick Mark Recall as completed to complete the recall. - Save your changes when done.
Editing a Recall
Click the pencil icon to edit the recall and change title/content etc.
Deleting a Recall
Delete a recall by pressing the rubbish bin icon.
