Outstanding Test Requests

This is an area to help ensure that all test requests sent from Elixir are completed and to help identify those which need to be chased.

When you create a test request in a patient notes a unique Reference Number is automatically generated.

When the labratory or radiology clinic send the results back to your clinic, they should include the reference number and this will automatically remove that test request from the list in Office > Outstanding Test Requests.

If the reference number is missed, your outstanding test requests can be manually dismissed.
