Notes
Once you have selected a patient, click Notes in the blue bar.
Change between different clinical records by clicking them on the left Notes Navigation.
Tip
You can switch between existing clinical records while creating new records without losing your work.
When composing a new Note/Letter etc, you can slide the separator left or right to make your compose area larger.
Filtering Clinical Records
You can filter between Admin, Clinical, or All notes at the bottom of the Notes Navigation.
Note Authors
In a patients notes, we display the author of the note, alongside which practitioner (in grey) the note is assigned to. For example below you will see a Admin note that was authored by JR and the note is assigned to the practitioner DRK.
Creating New Clinical Records

Tip
You can customise what shows in the New dropdown by editing your Profile.
Note Locking
Note locking prevents data loss from two people editing the same note at the same time. When editing a note, other users will be prevented from editing the same note until it's saved, or after a 15min timeout.
