Healthlink

HealthLink provide a secure messaging system to send information between Specialists, GPs, laboratories, radiologists, allied health providers and hospitals.

Elixir is integrated with HealthLink allowing you to send and receive messages and results via the Healthlink network.

Register for a new Healthlink EDI

If you do not already have a Healthlink EDI, please complete the following steps:

1. Sign up online with Healthlink

2. Select Healthlink Secure Messaging

3. At step 4, select Elixir as your Practice system

4. Email the completed signed final page to newuser@healthlink.net, along with the Healthlink Aliasing Application Form

If you already have a Healthlink EDI

To link your existing EDI to Elixir, please download the Healthlink Aliasing Application Form then email it to newuser@healthlink.net.

Tip

Healthlink can take up to 7 days to complete an aliasing change. If you want your EDI moved to Elixir on a specific date, email the aliasing form to Healthlink in advance, and ask for it to be completed on a specific date.
