Cache Clear
Generally, if things are not behaving properly, such as a white screen or error message, clearing your browser cache will help. This is very important if we’ve recently done an update.
Reload your browser on a PC

Click the Reload button in your browser

If things are still not working, try a full cache clear. This can be done by holding down the SHIFT button on your keyboard, then clicking the Reload button (using your mouse). This will completely wipe your cache and redownload the Elixir software to your browser.

Alternatively you can hold the CTRL button and press the F5 button on your keyboard to clear your cache and reload the browser.
