Tags
Tags can be used as an easy way to identify patients under a certain category. The tags are customisable to be whatever you want/need for your clinic.
For example, you may create a “waiting-surgery” tag to identify patients who are waiting for surgery, or you could create body site tags such as “hip” or “knee”.
Creating a Tag
Navigate to Admin and on the left hand side click “Tags”
Click and enter a name for your tag.
Using Tags
To assign a tag to a patient, select a patient you want to assign a tag to, and edit the patient details by clicking
Under the Tags heading click on the text box and select the tag you want to assign.
Click save.
To see the patients that have a tag assigned to them navigate to the Patients page and in the search bar enter the tag name
