Resources are a new type of bookable time! Currently, in the Timetable/Appointment screen, you can see Clinics and when a doctor will be in a clinic. Resources extend this functionality by allowing you to add things like Theatres or Rooms, which can have a doctor attached and patients booked into them.

Creating a New Resource

  1. Go to Admin > Setup > Resources

  2. Click New Resource at the top right to open the Create Resource screen.

  3. Complete the following fields:

    • Name: Enter a name for your resource.
    • Code: Add a short code for easy identification.
    • Location: Add the location of this resource.

  4. Click Create to save your new resource.

  5. To edit a resource, click the three dots next to it and select Edit.
