Patient Custom Fields

Patient Custom Fields appear on the patient details page under Additional Information when filled in. These are normally fields that are specific to each patient e.g. Insurance information, Insurance policy number, employment type.

These can be used to automatically populate insurance and other fields directly into letter templates, test requests etc.

Using Patient Custom Fields

Click on the edit button on a patient's details page.

Fill in the custom fields that are relevant to that patient.
