Fillable PDF Templates

Upload and use fillable PDF templates to streamline your note creation process.

1 - Navigate to the Admin > PDF Templates section.

2 - Click New to create a new template.

3 - Enter a name for your template, select the users that should have access, and upload a fillable PDF.

4 - In the template editor, select the field or box you want to populate. Once selected, an Insert Variable button will appear. Click Insert Expression and choose the variable you want to insert into that field.

Remember

Make sure your PDF is fillable before uploading. You can create fillable PDFs in tools like Adobe Acrobat or online PDF editors.
