Team Calendar Templates

Team Calendar Templates are global settings designed to simplify navigating appointments with large teams. They ensure consistency across your team, so everyone is aligned with the same templates.

Creating Calendar Templates

  1. Navigate to Admin, under the Templates heading you will find Calendar Templates. Team Calendar

  2. Create a new Template by clicking New in the top right corner of the screen. New Template

  3. Give the template a name, choose your users, and move them to the right-hand side. Do the same with the days, then hit Create. Create New Select Days

Using Calendar Templates

In Admin > Team settings, you can set the Default Calendar Template that your users will see when they first log in.

Note

You do not need to set a default calendar template. You can leave it to your team members to choose a template when they log in.

You can select a template in the Appointment screen next to the day/week/month view buttons. Your personal templates are still usable as per normal as well.

Tip

You can still keep your personal calendar templates. These will appear in the drop down as well as the global templates.
