Audit Codes

Audit codes are created and managed in Admin > Audit Codes

Create a new code by clicking "New Audit Code" on top right.

Your codes can have children. For example, complications can have a child of Bleeding or Infection

Exporting your Audits

You can export your patient audits by going into Admin > Export > Export Audit

Select your date range.

Export your audit codes

These will export to an Excel file.
