Clinic and Appointment Types

A video tutorial on how to set up your clinic and appointment types:

Appointment Types can be found in Admin on the left-hand navigation panel.

Appointment Types:

  1. In the Appointment Types screen, click New Appointment Type top right to open the Create Appointment Type screen.

  2. Enter the appointment type name and set a default duration.

    If the duration is the same as the teams’ default duration, click the Use Team's Default Appointment Duration

  3. Choose a colour for your Appointment type.

  4. To edit the Appointment type, click the 3 dots, then click edit.
