Appointment Custom Fields

Appointment custom fields allow you to store specific appointment details to each appointment. For example, you may use these fields to store surgery-based information like location, anaesthetist, anaesthetic, arrival time, length of stay etc.

Creating Appointment Custom Fields

  1. Navigate to Admin > Appointment Custom Fields
  2. Click New Field on the top right corner
  3. Fill in the required Fields:

    • Field Name: Name of the Appointment Custom Field
    • Field Type: Data type such as Text Field, drop down options etc.
    • Label Title: This will be the Title that appears on your agenda.
    • Clicking "Show on Agenda" will have this field populate on your agendas.

  4. Click create

Using Appointment Custom Fields

When you next create an appointment your appointment custom fields will appear under the notes area.

Using your Custom Fields

When filled these will populate in your agenda (if you ticked the "Show in Agenda" tick box)
