Contact to support
To contact our support team please send an email to support@elixir.nz. Your message will be directed to our entire support team, ensuring a timely response. We're here to assist you!
To help us help you in the most efficient way possible, please ensure you have reviewed the following:
-
Ensure you've checked our help documentation as we regularly get similar questions and are continuously updating our help pages. Use the search box top right.
-
Send us the exact error message. The detail in the error provides a lot of context and information to us.
-
Be able to reproduce the issue. Having prepared examples that we can follow to reproduce the issue makes it much easier for us to identify the cause.
-
Confirm whether it's a isolated issue or affecting everyone. For example did only one patient not receive a text, or are all patients not receiving texts?
-
When emailing us with your support request, include screenshots if at all possible so we can see what you're seeing.
-
Is it a hardware issue? If the fault is related to your physical computer or printer, please call your IT Support. We provide assistance with Elixir Software related issues, but not general computer and hardware issues.
