Elixir and Heidi Health have come together to make writing your letters easier with the power of AI.

Tip

To use Heidi Health in Elixir begin by linking your Heidi account to your Elixir account. Follow the instructions on our Heidi Setup Integrations Page for more detail.

Using Heidi in Elixir

To generate your letters and notes in Elixir using Heidi, follow the instructions below:

Note

In this demonstration we will be creating a letter.

  1. Navigate to a patient Notes and create a new Letter.

  2. Make sure the Letter fields are filled in (Consultant, To, Subject etc) to enable autosave.

  3. Click on the Heidi button to start the Heidi Widget.

  4. Check your mic settings are correct and Heidi can hear you. Green means your mic is working and Heidi can hear you. Red means your mic can't hear you or isn't working.

  5. When you have your patient in the room and you are ready to start your consultation, Click the Green Start Visit button.

  6. When you have finished the consult, click the Recording Timer button to End the Session.

When you end the session you will see template options for your letter. Choose the appropriate template.

Tip

You can create your own templates in Heidi which will be available in the Heidi widget in Elixir. Heidi Health have a range of pre-built templates you can choose from.

Heidi will begin to generate your letter. Once your letter has generated, check to see if what Heidi has produced is correct and then push the content to the Elixir text editor.

Make any further changes you require, or Save and Send the letter as usual in Elixir.
